Client Challenge
DLS required an EPAO partner that specialised in financial services, with the quality, consistency and occupational competence to assess various levels of apprenticeships, including flagship degree-level programmes (levels 6 and7).
The company also required an EPAO that was willing to offer dedicated support for its apprentices and skills coaches, able to assess large volumes of apprentices and provide a dedicated account manager and support team who would be on hand for all of their day-to-day requirements.
