Salary: Up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
As an Assessment Product Developer, you will take ownership of a portfolio of assessment products and support them throughout their lifecycle. With training and support from the wider team, you will:
- Research and develop an understanding of the sectors and occupations we assess.
- Analyse information, identify key requirements and make well-reasoned
- recommendations.
- Help to design and develop new assessment products and supporting materials.
- Review existing products and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with colleagues, clients and subject matter experts to gather feedback and turn
- ideas into practical solutions.
- Support product development projects from initial concept through to implementation
- and rollout.
- Communicate product updates and changes clearly to internal teams, clients and
- assessors.
- Monitor product performance and help to ensure that our assessments remain fair,
- effective and compliant.
- Maintain clear and accurate records throughout the product lifecycle.

Associate Roles
We’re looking for several people to join the DSW talent pool in a variety of roles. You’ll be joining a supportive team than can deliver new opportunities. We want to establish long term relationships with all our team, whether in a permanent or associate role.
We regularly have roles for Subject Matter Experts, Apprenticeship Assessors, IQAs, Learning Designers and Deliverers, Product Owners and Project Managers.
